電加熱導(dǎo)熱油爐工作原理： Working principle of electric heating thermal oil furnace:
電加熱導(dǎo)熱油爐的熱量是由浸入導(dǎo)熱油的電加熱元件產(chǎn)生和傳輸?shù)?，以?dǎo)熱油為介質(zhì)，利用循環(huán)泵，強(qiáng)制導(dǎo)熱油進(jìn)行液相循環(huán)，將熱量傳遞給用一個(gè)或多種用熱設(shè)備，經(jīng)用熱設(shè)備卸載后，重新通過循環(huán)泵，回到加熱器，再吸收熱量，傳遞給用熱設(shè)備，如此周而復(fù)始，實(shí)現(xiàn)熱量的連續(xù)傳遞，使被加熱物體溫度升高，達(dá)到加熱的工藝要求。
The heat of the electric heating oil furnace is generated and transmitted by the electric heating element immersed in the heat transfer oil. Using the heat transfer oil as the medium, a circulation pump is used to force the heat transfer oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring the heat to one or more heating devices. After being unloaded by the heating devices, the heat is returned to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbed again, and transferred to the heating devices. This process repeats to achieve continuous heat transfer, raising the temperature of the heated object and meeting the heating process requirements.
電加熱導(dǎo)熱油爐是由防爆電加熱器、有機(jī)熱載體爐、現(xiàn)場防爆操作箱、熱油泵、膨脹槽、儲(chǔ)油槽等在工廠組裝成一個(gè)整體式的電加熱爐，用戶只僅需接入電源、介質(zhì)的進(jìn)出口管道及一些電氣接口即可使用，該產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、制藥、紡織印染、輕工、建材等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。
